Use 8 threads for building by default
...
Tup is smart enough to only spin up as many threads as you have logical cores, e.g. on quad core machines this only uses 4 threads.

Reorganize config parameters
...
All configurable parameters are now exposed on the protocol in objects called "[...].config". Those are the same parameters that are saved to NVM.

This replaces Makefile and at the same time prepares for future
...
build requirements (like multiple active board versions).
Developers will need to install tup, as described in the README.
A stub Makefile is still available for convenience, so the main
"make ..." commands can still be used.
