Gautier Hattenberger 69ccc3ef97 [server] catch generic error in server for invalid conf (#3687) 
A change in the API of Xml-light makes it difficult to handle the
correct error for invalid configuration and keep compatibility with old
ubuntu versions. This way, it is at catch as a generic exception and
provide some information about the issue, most likely a File_not_found
error.

Use the same model by default (WGS84) in the flight plan generator and
the airborne code. Small differences can propagate and lead to different
NED altitude for the waypoints, especially when using WAYPOINTS_LLA_ALT
option with EKF2. A 'configure' allows to desactivate this option, which
is acceptable for a local flight.
