docs(properties.py): fix several problems...

- The `enum` output into ./src/widgets/property/lv_style_properties.h
now needs to be coded as `typedef enum {...} _lv_property_style_id_t;`
as a work-around for a doc-build bug in the Breathe library.
- Running `properties.py` on a Windows system previously didn't work
because the script would generate an exception when reading the
character represented by the `U+F001` character in font files. On
Windows systems, it was using different encoding. Fix was to
explicitly specify `encoding='utf-8'` in the `open()` function.
- Add doc-string under `main()` function to say what its purpose is.

docs(Sphinx Warnings): add name to anonymous enums to...

...work around a Breathe-library bug which expects a name for
`enum` definitions. This eliminates 24 Sphinx warnings.
Additionally, I added the comment at line 42 and 49 of lv_obj_property.h
for the sake of both LVGL users and maintainers because every time I
encounter those 2 macros and have to work out what they are doing,
I lose the same 10-15 minutes over and over again, and certain firmware
developers will NEED to understand that in greater depth than the
average LVGL user, who doesn't need to know HOW it works. After the
3rd time, I documented it so that others don't need to lose this time
in the future.
