The .JS code that hides the code blocks below each Emscripten
LVGL example was lost when reliance on jQuery was removed.
This commit adds that functionality back in. Transition of code
appearing and disappearing is now instant, by design.

docs: fixed several problems...
...
- code-block in nuttx.rst was generating errors because the default
parser did not know what language it was. Now the Kconfig parser
parses it and it looks nice now.
- The new table in cmake.rst was not showing up at all because it
was not formatted correctly.
- The new list in https://docs.lvgl.io/master/details/common-widget-features/basics.html#setting-names
was being formatted as a paragraph instead of a list.
- Several minor grammar corrections for clarity.

docs: (custom.css): add caption feature and...
...
make immediate use of it in `fs.rst`. This gives a "hint" for the
reader on how the image may be managed to see it better and
zoom in on its parts and move around after being zoomed in.
Also added a long-overdue extra space above headings of
various sizes. <h1> is not in that list because <h1> is always
at the top of the page, and so should not have extra space
above it.
