This commit may be extended or modified later if considered useful. - reformat instructions for better readability - reorder prerequisites and CMake instructions for consistency across build types - use Ninja to build where appropriate - add libjpeg dependency where missing - add workflow_dispatch and daily run at 04:00 UTC - add ARM platform build types. They equal 0 when a window is neither fullscreen nor maximized. They are given a meaningful value when a window is turned fullscreen or maximized.
