- reformat instructions for better readability
- reorder prerequisites and CMake instructions for consistency
  across build types
- use Ninja to build where appropriate
- add libjpeg dependency where missing
- add workflow_dispatch and daily run at 04:00 UTC
- add ARM platform build types.

Note: the latter is experimental and subject to change, see comments
  on issue 1457.

ManoloFLTK 34c23c6b71 Correct use of Fl_Window::no_fullscreen_w|h private variables. 
These variables store the size of a window to be used when it's un-fullscreened or un-maximized.
They equal 0 when a window is neither fullscreen nor maximized.
They are given a meaningful value when a window is turned fullscreen or maximized.
They are reset to 0 just after the window is un-fullscreened or un-maximized.
