In this version, we tuned some code for GCC 9 and fixed some bugs:
* BUGFIXING:
- Initialize `cfg_res_path` in function `__sysres_get_system_res_path()`.
- Always return TRUE in `subtract_rgn_by_node()`.
* ADJUSTMENTS:
- Use upstream Harfbuzz for glyph shaping of complex scripts instead
of the modified version.
* TUNING:
- Tune some code to depress compilation warnings.
