Release UiaListApp and GitTui tools
...
Add standalone projects, copied sources, deployment checks, and GitTui vmake support. Fix /bigobj settings exposed by the full Windows configuration matrix. Debug and Release builds passed for Win32 and x64; Release tools passed UIA and interactive pseudoconsole smoke checks. Linux/macOS build execution is deferred to the maintainer.
