Ralf Corsepius c791b9d875 2006-07-23 Rename "*-base-*" packages into <tool>-common. 
Rename GCC's "*-<lang>" packages into "*-gcc-<lang>".
		Many small directory ownership fixes.
		Build all GCC packages with --enable-threads.
