* nsecs/rprintf.h: Remove (PRItime_t moved to tmacros.h).
	* nsecs/Makefile.am: Add -I$(top_srcdir)/../support/include.
	* nsecs/init.c: Include "tmacros.h" instead of "rprintf.h"
