* posix/src/prwlockunlock.c, rtems/Makefile.am,
	rtems/src/barrierrelease.c, rtems/src/barrierwait.c,
	score/src/corerwlockobtainread.c, score/src/corerwlockrelease.c:
	Complete implementation of barrier as the rest of the test code is
	now implemented. Also add blocking code to rwlock.
