* Makefile.am: Install iregdefs.h and idtcpu.h to
	$(includedir)/rtems/mips.
	* cpu_asm.S: Include <rtems/mips/iregdef.h> instead of <iregdef.h>.
	* rtems/score/mips.h, cpu_asm.S: Include <rtems/mips/idtcpu.h>
	instead of <idtcpu.h>.
