Major changes since rtems-4.7.0:
2007-05-09 Remove define CPU_HAS_OWN_HOST_TO_NETWORK_ROUTINES (formerly in
score/cpu/<cpu>/score/rtems/cpu.h)
This define has not been used in RTEMS code and therefore has been
removed without substitute.
