* configure.ac: Remove RTEMS_AMPOLISH3.
	* aclocal/bsp-configure.m4: AC_PREREQ(2.60).
	  Remove checks for AMPOLISH3.
	* aclocal/rtems-ampolish.m4: Pick up ampolish3 from ac_aux_dir.
	* aclocal/rtems-top.m4: Add RTEMS_AMPOLISH3.
	* ampolish3: Remove.
