* libcsupport/src/newlibc_exit.c, score/src/threadhandler.c: Revert
	previous commit due to too many broken linker command files.  The
	HAVE_INITFINI_ARRAY is defined for nearly all targets by Newlib, but
	only few linker command files respect this.
