Grissiom 01ab0c1d1e crt_init: fix hardfault in Keil toolchain when there is no cpp object 
If there is no SHT$$INIT_ARRAY, calling
$Super$$__cpp_initialize__aeabi_() will fault. At least until Keil5.12
the problem still exists. So we have to initialize the C++ runtime our
own.

Grissiom c565925169 bsp/{cortex-M}: fix the SysTick_Config

Grissiom 11026d0579 lpc43xx: clean the .o before building M0 and M4 
SCons will omit the file in parent dir of SConstruct somehow and build
the object files in that dir instead of in variant dir. This cause
problem because we cannot mix the object files between M0 and M4 which
SCons failed to rebuild. So we have to manually remove the files before
building.

Grissiom 090adcf4c0 lpc43xx: don't set the Clock again in M0 core 
M0 core is always booted by the M4 core. It means that if we are running
in M0, the clock is always configured.

Grissiom 57b5c74a71 rt_kprintf: force the open_flag to be RT_DEVICE_FLAG_STREAM 
Commit a6251a439e changed the serial device to check open_flag
instead of flag. So we should change the rt_kprintf counterpart as well.

Grissiom d479960aac ymodem: fix a race-condition in handshaking 
As we are sending C continuously, there is a chance that the
sender(remote) receive an C after sending the first handshake package.
So the sender will interpret it as NAK and re-send the package. So we
just ignore it and proceed.

Grissiom 767720c1f7 SCons: allow set object files in DefineGroup 
The source files can be the raw file names end with .c or .o. So return
the raw file names is more flexible than wrap them with Object.

Grissiom 2c5eea4c21 tools: preserve the order of CPPPATH/CPPDEFINES/LIBPATH/LIBS 
The order of them are important while the uniqueness has nothing to do
with the compiling.

Grissiom d4133990b0 kernel/idle: fix rt_thread_idle_excute in high optimization level 
The rt_list_isempty has prototype of "int rt_list_isempty(const rt_list_t *l)".
So the compiler has a good reason that the rt_thread_defunct list does
not change within rt_thread_idle_excute thus optimize the "while" loop
into a "if".

So add the volatile qualifier when test against the rt_thread_defunc list.

Grissiom 51c4a3aeae tools/building: remove the use of startupinfo 
The startupinfo does not have any visible effects on the building
process and some old Python version does not have it at all. So remove
it for the seek of simple.

Tested `scons -j4` in a dual core virtual machine.

Grissiom 83f8b52064 tools/keil: preserve the order of CPPPATH 
The order of CPPPATH is important: some project would use the order of
CPPPATH to override the default configuration headers. This commit also
refine the this piece of code in a more Pythonic way.

Grissiom b8bf6bef76 kernel: mempool: fix race condition in rt_mp_alloc 
When thread wake up from waiting for memory, there is a chance that
there is no memory available in high pressure. So use a loop to check
again. Otherwise, there will be a NULL reference.

Grissiom 66ac9821de Scons: fix the Win32Spawn 
Windows(tm) CreateProcess does not use the env passed to it to find the
executables. So we have to modify our own PATH to make Popen work. Also,
detect the cmd build-in commands and execute it directly.

Tested on MDK toolchain on RB4088 and the MSVS toolchain on simulator
BSP.

Grissiom a78e42a7c8 [mempool] reset the thread->error before suspending thread 
Time out result and other errors is recorded in thread->error. Dirty
error will screw up the error handling code after the thread has been
wake up.

Grissiom 299cccfb26 logtrace: add log_session_lvl 
log_session_lvl is suitable for performance critical places where in
most cases, the log is turned off by level. If the session is const and
the level is greater than session->lvl, the whole function will be
optimized out.

Grissiom 81b284b316 scons: no need to set RTT_ROOT as Repository 
In SCons manual:

In order to inform the C compiler about the repositories,  SCons will
add appropriate -I flags to the compilation commands for each directory
in the $CPPPATH list. So if we add the current directory to the
construction environment $CPPPATH like so:

    env = Environment(CPPPATH = ['.'])
    env.Program('hello.c')
    Repository('/usr/repository1')

Then re-executing SCons yields:

    % scons -Q
    cc -o hello.o -c -I. -I/usr/repository1 hello.c
    cc -o hello hello.o
=================

The additional include directory is definitely not what we want. Just
remove the additional Repository line.

Grissiom a03816ef9a scons: seperate the BSP build with the kernel build 
BSPs could have their own components/ etc. If they point to the same
folder, SCons would find the wrong source code to compile.

When MSH enabled, the prompt will change at the two shells. So we should
use dynamic prompt when FINSH_USING_MSH defined.

Grissiom c0f0c2322f [libcpu/arm] remove useless cpsr updating in rt_hw_context_switch_to 
This piece of code will enable the interrupt early before switching to
the first thread. Although it is harmless, but not prefect.
