chenxiaoyi 09a71ec7c1 libs/libc/arm: add back __aeabi_mem* functions ...

Add back these functions since clang will use them.

This reverts "libs/libc/arm: use builtin routines instead of aliases of __aeabi_mem*"
and adds source files to cmake.
