luojun1 8a5dc0ba12 Force sockaddr_storage to the desired alignment 
First configure nuttx to support ipv4 and ipv6 dual stack,
then start two simulators and run Iperf ipv4 udp speed test,
unaligned access exception to sockaddr_in occours.

The root cause is that struct sockaddr_storage isn't set to
the desired alignment.

Stuart Ianna 05c6d7c7b9 litex: Add PWM driver. 
PWM driver for multiple peripherals supplied in gateware.

Only single channel frequency and duty cycle control is implemented. Pulse counting and multichannel features are not currently feasible.

Additions also include a new board configuration for arty-a7 which enables the PWM driver and example application.

Masayuki Ishikawa e6884b8cb1 fs: mqueue: Fix file_mq_open() for SMP 
Summary:
- I noticed that sometimes mqueue_test in ostest failed
  (i.e. mq_open failed) with rv-virt:smp.
- This commit fixes this issue by replacing sched_lock with
  critical section.

Impact:
- file_mq_open()

Testing:
- Tested with ostest on QEMU-7.1
