Improve help string consistency

* Move default values from comments to help strings
* Use the "... [default=...]" convention everywhere
* Change "Enable ... driver" to more correct "Build ... driver"
* Fix --enable-dwmac-intel help string
* Fix --enable-fakeuserlib help string
* Change --disable-initd to --enable-initd to avoid confusion with
  `--disable-initd [default=yes]`.
