Ryan Barnett 21c1b7a48c spi: fix unused variable warnings when building without 32-bit mode support 
Fix these warnings to allow for clean build:

  src/spi.c:75:14: warning: unused variable 'data32' [-Wunused-variable]
     uint32_t data32;

  src/spi.c:237:49: warning: unused parameter 'extra_flags' [-Wunused-parameter]
     int spi_get_extra_flags32(spi_t *spi, uint32_t *extra_flags) {

  src/spi.c:308:48: warning: unused parameter ‘extra_flags’ [-Wunused-parameter]
     int spi_set_extra_flags32(spi_t *spi, uint32_t extra_flags) {

Modifications to original commit:

* Remove "Suppress warning..." comments.
* Remove unneeded unused variable suppression for `extra_flags` in
  `spi_open_advanced2()`.
* Refactor `data32` unused variable suppression in
  `spi_open_advanced2()`.

Ryan Barnett 708f7fe239 spi: fix calls to error helper when building without 32-bit mode support 
Commit 56755acc78 introduced support for
32-bit extra flags. However, when compiling with a toolchain without
support for the extra flags, the following error appears:

  src/spi.c:322:5: error: too few arguments to function '_spi_error'
     return _spi_error(spi, SPI_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED, "Kernel version does not support 32-bit SPI mode flags");

This can be fixed by passing a third argument of 0.

Vanya A. Sergeev 09862fec26 tests/spi: remove extra flags assertions 
in newer kernels the spidev driver appends SPI_CS_HIGH to the mode when
the SPI controller is configured to use GPIOs for chip selects, which
breaks the assertion that extra flags is zero in this SPI test.
