style: audit DevOps ordering and Network Virtualization description

Browse Source 
Distributed Computing listed ray first though pyspark and dask now outdraw it, Workflow Orchestration listed apache-airflow and prefect above dagster, which now leads on downloads, and the Network Virtualization description fit neither scapy nor napalm.
