audit: sweep Database, drop pixeltable

Removed: pixeltable (4,356 downloads/month, pypistats 2026-10-02): a data engine that runs an embedded PostgreSQL with one writer process, not an in-process vector database, with no adoption trajectory for a challenger slot. Also: lancedb (7,888,645) moves above chromadb (6,619,378) to follow the downloads order.
