audit: sweep Data Visualization, replace pygraphviz with graphviz
Removed: pygraphviz (528,553 downloads/month, pypistats 2026-10-02): displaced by graphviz (32,829,050/month, part of it catboost pulling it in), which does the same job of building and rendering Graphviz graphs as pure Python with no C build. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
