feat: add ipython to Interactive Interpreter
Obvious choice per maintainer audit 2026-08-16: 175.7M downloads/month via ClickPy, the default enhanced REPL and the kernel under Jupyter, yet missing from the README. Placed first per downloads-descending obvious-choice tier (jupyter 17.5M follows). Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
