Peter BarkerandClaude Fable 5 123b25c2e1 AP_RPM: mark RPMx_TYPE as requiring a reboot ...

add @RebootRequired: True to the TYPE parameter metadata.

The driver backend for this sensor is allocated once during init at
boot; changing the type parameter at runtime has no effect until
reboot.  Annotate it so GCSes prompt the user to reboot.
