MOS550andCursor ec237c0943 hwdef: add AET-H743-Air flight controller support ...

Add hwdef, bootloader hwdef, README, defaults, and pinout images for the
AET-H743-Air STM32H743 board with dual BMI270, AT7456E OSD, onboard SD NAND
logging, shared UART3 RC/SBUS/ELRS routing, and bidirectional DShot on
motor outputs.
