Ashwani SihagandClaude Fable 5 a9bba0430e bootloaders: fix SaamPixV1_1 prebuilt bootloader board ID ...

The prebuilt SaamPixV1_1 bootloader merged in #32582 was built with a
stale board ID of 1207 (AP_HW_NUCLEO_H753ZI) instead of 1316
(AP_HW_SAAMPIXV1_1), so boards flashed with it reject firmware uploads
due to the board ID mismatch.

Rebuilt from current master with the correct APJ_BOARD_ID 1316.
