* Add vitepress tree

* Update existing workflows so they dont trigger on changes in the docs path

* Add nojekyll, package.json, LICENCE etc

* Add crowdin docs upload/download scripts

* Add docs flaw checker workflows

* Used docs prefix for docs workflows

* Crowdin obvious fixes

* ci: docs move to self hosted runner

runs on a beefy server for faster builds

PX4FLOW Smart Camera (Deprecated)

PX4 does not support the PX4Flow optical flow sensor from PX4 v1.13 (it doesn't work with current firmware). PX4 may work with older PX4Flow firmware.

Documentation has been removed (if needed, see Legacy Docs for PX4Flow in v1.13).
