This contains changes in PX4 v1.17 (since the last major release PX v1.16).

:::warning PX4 v1.17 is in alpha/beta testing. Update these notes with features that are going to be in PX4 v1.17 release. New features that are not expected to go into the v1.17 release are in PX4-Autopilot main Release Notes. :::
