ci(mavros): remove MAVROS integration test suite

Coverage overlaps with mavsdk_tests on iris (mission + offboard
posctl); MAVROS plugin behavior belongs to the MAVROS project.
Drops the workflow, .test launchers, rostest_px4_run.sh, and the
integrationtests/ python helpers.
