Vadim Zeitlin f4b679a3d4 Detect Wayland session management protocol in configure ...

We need a very recent GTK with gdk_wayland_window_get_xdg_toplevel() to
be able to use this protocol.

Note that we don't actually do anything if the support is detected yet.
But we will soon.
