Vadim Zeitlin 2580608e7d Merge branch 'print-fixes' ...

Restore compatibility with the existing code overriding GetPageInfo() by
ignoring values returned by it (sic).

Also a couple of minor wxMSW-specific printing-related bug
fixes/improvements.
