Vadim Zeitlin 0789523f4a Don't ignore changes to wxMSW files in CMake CI workflow

This workflow builds wxMSW too since quite some time and it needs to run
for pull requests to detect wxMSW-specific problems, such as the one
fixed by the parent commit which went unnoticed because wxMSW/clang
build wasn't tested when the PR was submitted.
