Vadim Zeitlin 4c310d2dc7 Fix parallel CMake builds when copying HTML samples files
Rename wxHTML samples to avoid reusing the same file names as this
resulted in a problem when copying them concurrently: for example, 3
samples executed the same "cmake -E copy start.htm" command copying 3
different versions of this file to the same destination directory.

This could result in a wrong file being used, but it also could fail the
build entirely because another "cmake -E copy" could remove the
destination while the previous one was updating its attributes,
resulting in weird "file not found" errors (note that this happens only
under macOS because Linux, apparently copies files (more?) atomically).

The simplest fix is to just avoid reusing the same file name, so apply
this for now. Using per-sample destination directory would probably be
better, but would require more changes.
