Vadim Zeitlin 1cf9a80cc1 Don't run printf("%n") tests when _FORTIFY_SOURCE >= 2. ...

This prevents the test from aborting on Linux distributions which ship with
"fortified" version of gcc, such as recent Ubuntu, Fedora and Gentoo.

Closes #12240.

vsnprintf.cpp

Move some wxPrintf() tests (taken from glibc) to VsnprintfTestCase. Other tests are more difficult to convert in CppUnit style and not worth the effort (since now we don't use wx's own vsnprintf implementation anymore typically).
