Clicking an already selected wxTreeListCtrl item in a multi-selection control should collapse the selection to the clicked item and emit the selection changed event. Preserve wxDataViewCtrl's deferred single-row selection across incidental motion before button-up, while still clearing it for new clicks and real drag starts. Add a wxTreeListCtrl UI regression covering the selected-item click. Fixes #17891. Closes #27082.
