Vadim Zeitlin 0d44e61208 Default "offset" parameter of CalculateHintRect() to zero 
No real changes, just get rid of dummy "zero" variables and don't pass
the offset to CalculateHintRect(), nor DrawHintRect(), at all when it's
zero.
