Vadim Zeitlin c3732409ac simplifications and corrections to background drawing: 
1. removed ApplyParentThemeBackground() not used any longer
2. removed ProvidesBackground() which is synonymous with
   !HasTransparentBackground()
3. removed a whole bunch of unused MSWXXX() methods
4. moved MSWControlColor() from wxWindow up to wxControl

results:

1. the gradient is still shown properly for static/radio boxes in notebooks
2. correct background colour is used for the static boxes
3. code is shorter and better commented

Robin Dunn 30a2241127 If the parents are nothing but a panel and a frame then 
MSWGetBgBrushForChild will still return NULL.  Fallback to a solid
background colour in this case.

Robin Dunn 9f88452895 * Implemented BestSize cache 
* Added calls to InvalidateBestSize where things affecting BestSize
  are modified.  There are probably several other places where this
  still needs to be done...

* Added wxWindowBase::GetBestFittingSize that will merge the BestSize
  into the MinSize, (if any) and return the result.

* SetBestFittingSize will now only set the MinSize to the value that
  was passed to it, without merging in the BestSize

Robin Dunn fe161a2685 Controls will readjust their size and minsize when SetLabel or SetFont 
are called.  Fixed up wxStaticText to blend the wxST_NO_AUTOSIZE with
this new functionality.  Made SetBestSize public under the
SetBestFittingSize name.

Julian Smart 58cf0491e3 Added Ok() member for print data, print dialog, page dialog, page dialog data 
so we can test in advance whether the print/page setup dialogs will fail.
Removed assertions that would fire if the default printer was not found, for example.
Added call to Ok() from HTML print code with suitable error message.
Commented out my erroneous fix to wxStaticText.
