Kendall Bennett 33ac7e6f01 Updates to fix Watcom C/C++ 11.0 compiler warning problems. Now compiles 
clean with this compiler. Hopefully I did this without breaking other

George Tasker 31334ecb03 SetBackgroundColour() and SetForegroundColour() were being called before the HWND was set for the wxGauge95, and these two functions require the HWND of the gauge. Moved the call to these two functions to be after teh HWND is set.
