Julian Smart 64d3ed176d Steps towards implementing native-style, non-top-level toolbars on Mac 
by implementing a toolbar class that uses native buttons.
Ultimately this should allow wxToolbook and wxPropertySheetDialog
classes to look native, when we complete the button API improvements
to combine text, bitmaps and toggling.

4. fixed a serious bug in wxProgressDialog when its parent was not a top
   level window (as in controls sample)
5. fixes in BringWindowToTop() usage in msw/dialog.cpp
6. fixed another serious bug in wxProgressDialog::OnClose()
7. wxDialog restores focus to previously focused window once again
8. attempts at fixing wxBusyCursor with modal dialogs problem - unsuccessful

Vadim Zeitlin c49245f8ba 1. added wxGetNumberFromUser (to textdlgg.cpp and dialogs sample) 
2. wxTE_RICH style added to wxMSW, the text controls don't use RICHEDIT
   class by default any more

Julian Smart dfad059924 Removed DrawOpenSpline since it doesn't seem to be needed, with required changes 
in all ports. Added Motif wxFileDialog. Added wxPostScriptModule and removed
PostScript init in app.cpp. Also removed wxMessageBox function from
generic implementation. Windows release .exes are now smaller (< 300K for minimal.exe).
Some OGL updates. __try -> try in MSW main.cpp. BC++ 5 fixes.
