Vadim Zeitlin 48a97439d1 Make cef_process_helper build under MSW too and comment it more 
Define WinMain() instead of main() under MSW, as we need to pass an
HINSTANCE and not argc/argv to CefMainArgs ctor there.

Also explain how to build this file.

Vadim Zeitlin db255db61c Use C++11 nullptr in CEF helper process in the sample 
This fixes its compilation under Mac and also avoids triggering the
check forbidding the use of NULL in the new code.
