George Tasker b25ba5b701 Overview of the wxDb and wxDbTable classes added.

George Tasker 606a317805 Removed the BOLDFACE on items that are in INDEXIT blocks, so that the items will not appear in BOLD in the index. 
Removed some \$ inside of a couple of prelnote blocks that cause tex2rtf to fail.  They do not seem to be needed anyway.
