Francesco Montorsi 3162be2bd9 small changes to make the test run fine on wxMSW, too; 
do not use stdout as variable name as VC9 doesn't like it

Francesco Montorsi ca5016d4dd make sure that wxProcess always have a valid PID set; add test unit for wxExecute,wxShell,wxProcess based on the code in the console sample; add some more infos/notes in wxProcess docs
