More changes to make the autodocs be better, made all the namestrings
...
and such be visible to swig so the autodoc generator knows how to
rename them.

Changed all TRUE/true --> True and all FALSE/false --> False so the
...
Python docstrings will have the correct case.
Started adding extra docstrings where needed.
Some other little tweaks and fixes.
