Robin Dunn da32eb53cb Changed (again) how the GIL is aquired and the tstate restored. This 
time it's simpler, better, and handles the case where there is a wx
calback/event while the GIL has been released by a non-wxPython
extension module.

Robin Dunn b7c75283f2 Lindsay Mathieson's newest wxActiveX class has been wrapped into a new 
extension module called wx.activex.  Lots of demo and lib updates to

Robin Dunn 9e58eb5674 Reworked how stock objects are initialized. They now have an 
alternate __class__ until the App is initialized so they will raise an
exception if anybody tries to use them before the C++ object has been
created.

Robin Dunn dd9f7fea29 Changed all TRUE/true --> True and all FALSE/false --> False so the 
Python docstrings will have the correct case.

Started adding extra docstrings where needed.

Some other little tweaks and fixes.

Robin Dunn 3628e08886 Added Python wrappers for wxRTTI for the wxVScrolledWindow,

Robin Dunn 4acff284f9 A little black magic... When the C++ object (for a window or 
whatever) is deleted there is no way to force the Python shadow object
to also be destroyed and clean up all references to it.  This leads to
crashes if the shadow object tries to call a method with the old C++
pointer...  The black magic I've done is to replace the __class__ in the
Python instanc object with a class that raises an exception whenever a
method call is attempted.

Robin Dunn c8bc7bb84d Applied and merged patch 486364, which enables wxPython to be built in 
unicode mode.  There are a number of things still missing in it and
not everything is converted correctly...  But it now builds and
functions properly again in non-unicode mode so this is a good time to
check in everything.  The previous version of all of wxPython sources
is tagged wxPy_B4_UNICODE.
