Maarten Bent 942fcf8285 Don't use hard-coded expander sizes in wxPropertyGrid 
Use wxRendererNative::GetExpanderSize() instead.

Update the tests to work with the bigger expander.

Fixes #25571

Vadim Zeitlin b107ec473c Rename scoped enum wxPGPropertyFlags to wxPGFlags 
This allows to reintroduce wxPGPropertyFlags enum compatible with its
3.2 definition.

The new name for the scoped enum is not great because it less precise
but is shorter, which is more convenient, and it seems difficult to find
something else sufficiently different from wxPGPropertyFlags as to not
provoke confusion with it.

Wlodzimierz-ABX-Skiba b3629f8859 Fix PropertyGridTestCase when using non-default DPI

Vadim Zeitlin 7aa6da06d0 Remove wxUSE_LONGLONG and always use wxLongLong_t 
All supported platforms provide 64-bit integer types since many years,
so remove the legacy wxLongLongWx implementation and rename
wxLongLongNative to just wxLongLong and always compile it in.

Note that wxLongLong itself must still be kept for compatibility as it
has member functions, such as GetValue() or ToString(), that can be used
in the existing code.

Vadim Zeitlin 2464c900f5 Fix wxPropertyGrid test case failing once every 4 years 
Don't assume that the same date is valid in the previous year, as this
is not the case for Feb 29.

Vadim Zeitlin fa5964c100 Use WaitFor() and new YieldForAWhile() helpers in the tests 
Reuse the existing function (and another new one, which is even simpler)
instead of duplicating its code in many places in the tests.

No real changes.
