Mattia Barbon aae0472bf3 Use the wxBitmap implementation from wxX11 
in wxMotif; solves various bugs related to wxMask
handling (and effectively adds a lot of wxMask
functionality previously missing).

Ron Lee b1d4dd7add Split this out from other changes to keep things sane.. 
wxDeprecated KeyCode.
wxDeprecated old wxList compat methods.
Replaced a large number of them in the gtk build already, but there are
still plenty more so feel free to help nuke them as you find them.
s/^I/    / and s/TRUE/true/ etc. a couple of these too.

Julian Smart 461e93f921 wxUSE_CONSTRAINTS now refers to constraints only, since sizers 
are now crucial to wxWindows. Further Nano-X fixes; now
compiles and links in Nano-X mode.

George Tasker 0bb6242172 Radiobox control was being created with wxComboBoxNameStr instead of wxRadioBoxNameStr. 
Widgets on the GAUGE tab were overlapping each other, so I slightly rearranged them to not overlap.
