Michael Wetherell 166c3ef0f9 Add class factories for filter streams. Also filters now follow the convention 
that they own their parent if they are created with a pointer to the parent.

Mattia Barbon dee1a63ff5 Removed WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_2 together with code guarded by it. 
Changed default for WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_4 to 0.
  Added WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_6 (defaults to 1).
  Ran build/update-setup-h.

Ron Lee 0b9ab0bd82 Added new dynamic loading classes. (which handle proper 
wxRTTI and wxModule initialisation and unloading)
Removed serialisation code from wxObject and elsewhere.
Added USER_EXPORTED hash and list macros.

Václav Slavík ba0b7b3238 fixed yet another bug in wxStream classes 
(This time, the braindead wannabe coder who wrote the original code created
wxStreamBase instance and then casted it to wxInputStream and hapilly used the stream,
which could of course never work. Anybody knows a cheap hitman?)
