Bryan Petty dc215c81ff Finished initial review of the rest of the [c*] interface headers. 
Turned on wxPython and wxPerl doc sections as they should be on by default (in
tradition of the old manual for now).
Removed double border on tables for definition lists (we should work on nicer
looking tables for everything, but it can wait).
