Get rid of CppUnit boilerplate in wxSpinCtrlDouble unit test

This was already done for wxSpinCtrl unit tests in a4928c0fde (Use Catch
in wxSpinCtrl unit tests, 2020-07-12), do it for wxSpinCtrlDouble too
now.
